By accessing or using any part of the apkaka website, mobile interface, or associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the apkaka Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all players, visitors, and users of the apkaka platform, regardless of whether they have created a registered account. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of the date they are published.

apkaka reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. To register and maintain an apkaka account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. apkaka enforces a strict minimum age requirement as a condition of its international gaming licence. Age verification via CNIC documentation is mandatory prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of apkaka is lawful in your location.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) apkaka account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your apkaka account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your valid Pakistani mobile number, and a current email address. You further agree to promptly update this information should any of it change.

apkaka reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify your identity, age, address, source of funds, or payment method. Standard verification documents accepted by apkaka include:

• Valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within 90 days) as proof of address
• Screenshots or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits
• Any additional documentation required by apkaka's compliance team under the terms of the international gaming licence

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by apkaka may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apkaka account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party, including family members or friends. apkaka will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify apkaka immediately by contacting the 24/7 live support team via the in-account chat feature. apkaka will temporarily suspend your account pending a security review.

All bets placed, transactions made, and account activities conducted through your apkaka account while using your correct login credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have formally notified apkaka of a compromise prior to the activity in question. apkaka cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

All apkaka accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). apkaka accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa card, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your apkaka PKR balance within seconds of mobile wallet confirmation under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on interbank processing times. apkaka does not charge fees on deposits made through any supported payment method.

Withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day for fully verified accounts. apkaka does not charge withdrawal fees. The method used for withdrawal must correspond to the method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible, as part of apkaka's anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until your account identity verification is complete, including CNIC validation and, where applicable, source of funds documentation.
• apkaka reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for withdrawals exceeding PKR 100,000 in a single transaction or PKR 500,000 in a 30-day rolling period.
• Bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• In the event of a chargeback initiated by a player through their bank or payment provider, apkaka reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through applicable legal channels.

apkaka offers promotional bonuses, welcome credits, reload bonuses, free spins, and other incentive offers to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that offer only.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued by apkaka:

• A wagering requirement of not less than 30x the bonus amount must be completed before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable as real money. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live table games, cricket betting, and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• apkaka reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to the obligation to honour wagering requirements already in progress at the time of withdrawal.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, exploiting a technical error, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All bets placed on the apkaka platform — whether on cricket matches, PSL fixtures, live casino tables, slots, or any other offered market — are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details, including market selection, stake amount, and odds or game parameters, before confirming any wager.

apkaka operates a range of products including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, UFC, and other markets), live dealer casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti), RNG-based slot games, and specialty titles such as WM Live and Dino Hunter. Each product category is subject to its own operating rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.

• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or platform error occurring during a game or bet, apkaka will take reasonable steps to resolve the outcome fairly based on available data. apkaka's decision in such matters is final.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the apkaka platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent documents.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one apkaka account simultaneously or sequentially to circumvent restrictions or claim additional bonuses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of games or betting markets, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated live casino play.
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any way not sanctioned by apkaka.
• Money laundering: Using the apkaka platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. apkaka has a zero-tolerance AML policy and cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement agencies.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate chargeback or dispute through a payment provider for funds that were validly deposited and used on the platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, apkaka specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any interruption or unavailability of the platform resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or events outside apkaka's reasonable control.
• Any loss or corruption of account data, transaction records, or bet history arising from circumstances beyond apkaka's direct control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, or Mastercard network outages.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials as required under Section 4 of these Terms.

apkaka's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your apkaka account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

apkaka collects and processes personal data provided by you during registration, verification, and ongoing use of the platform. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, and personalise your platform experience. apkaka does not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You may withdraw consent at any time by requesting account closure, subject to apkaka's right to retain data for the period required by applicable law and licensing obligations.

apkaka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes — such as alterations to withdrawal policies, bonus conditions, or eligibility requirements — apkaka will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent in-platform notification.

Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days.

apkaka reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct
• A regulatory requirement or direction from the relevant licensing authority
• Extended inactivity (accounts with a zero balance inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed)

Upon termination for cause, apkaka reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where termination results in forfeiture of funds, apkaka will provide written notice setting out the grounds for forfeiture.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apkaka holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, or alternatively to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the relevant licensing authority.
